- "Company" refers to AgricLink, developed by KAZZYLEN LTD in partnership with EXCEL TOTAL SOLUTION ENTERPRISE (Malaysia).
- "Service" refers to the AgricLink Software Management, including its web and mobile applications.
- "User" refers to any individual or entity using our platform.
- "Subscription" refers to the tiered licensing plans available for purchase.
2. Services Provided
AgricLink provides an AgriTech software solution designed to assist farmers, cooperatives, and agribusinesses with:
- Market Insights: Real-time crop pricing and trends.
- Logistics Management: Order tracking and supply chain coordination.
- Financial Tools: Secure transactions via integrated financial systems.
- AI-Driven Analytics: Smart farming recommendations and forecasting.
3. User Eligibility
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date registration information.
- Comply with applicable agricultural and financial regulations.

5. Payment & Refund Policy
- All payments must be made in full before accessing premium features.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable after the 14 days trial period, except as required by law.
- We do not store payment details; transactions are securely processed by third-party providers.
6. User Responsibilities
- Use the platform for lawful agricultural purposes only.
- Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials.
- Not engage in fraudulent or misleading activities.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, software, and website design are owned by AgricLink or licensed partners. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute our software without explicit permission.
8. Data Privacy & Security
We collect and store user data in compliance with global privacy laws. User data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law. See our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
- AgricLink is not responsible for losses due to incorrect data, system downtimes, or unauthorized account access.
- No guarantee of uninterrupted service; external factors may impact availability.
10. Termination & Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms, including unauthorized reselling or engaging in illegal activities.
11. Modifications to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
